    Description

    The Chittenden County Regional Planning Commission (CCRPC) invites qualified contractors to prepare lump sum bids for the construction of the Stormwater Management Improvement Project located on the Lake Forest Condominiums property off Lake Forest Drive in Burlington, Vermont, herein referred to as the Project. The Project includes all work necessary to provide stormwater treatment improvements contained on the design plans. The intent of the Project is to rehabilitate 3 wet ponds and provide additional phosphorus treatment using a proprietary filter system. Sealed bids will be received by the Chittenden County Regional Planning Commission at 110 West Canal Street, Suite 202, Winooski, VT 05404 until 1:00 p.m., Friday, August 7, 2026. Bids sent via fax or email will NOT be accepted. Sealed Bids will be publicly opened by a CCRPC representative starting at 1:00pm, Friday, August 7, 2026 at 110 West Canal Street, Suite 202, Winooski, VT. Qualified disadvantaged (DBE)businesses are encouraged to submit proposals. Potential bidders are required to attend a Mandatory Site Visit on Thursday, July 23rd, 2026 at 9 a.m. to visit the project site prior to the submissions of bid to familiarize themselves with the project site and surrounding area. All questions for the project shall be submitted to the project representative, Mr. Andres Torizzo by 1 p.m. on Monday, July 27th, 2026. A response to questions will be issued at least 7 days prior to the Bid Submission Date to all potential bidders who registered to obtain a copy of the Bid Documents.
