Enterprise Services started working on the rebid of this statewide contract. The new solicitation is in the early stages of development . Contract Description/Scope This Statewide Contract provides for the purchase of Lamps, Ballasts, Retrofit Kits & Lamp Recycling Containers. Restrictions Environmental Restrictions apply to lamps that can be sold off this contract. For example, one of the major environmental restrictions is that only Sodium High Pressure bulbs over 320 watts may be sold on this contract. Any product that does not meet these Environmental Restrictions must be purchased off contract using their Agency’s own Purchasing Authority. Please refer to the document Washington Green Buying Guide - Lighting. This contract also does not include lighting fixtures, for lighting fixtures, please see the #11121 Electrical Supplies contract. How to Use this Contract 1. Purchasers MUST reference DES Contract #03020 Lamps & Ballasts, etc. in all communications and correspondence with Vendors including the DES Statewide Agreement #03020 Lamps & Ballasts, etc. reference identifies the contract under which Vendors must issue quotes/estimate/proposals for requested products. Purchasers’s must also Reference DES Contract No. 03020 on your Agency's Purchase Order. 2. See the Pricing and Product, and Information below. This Contract includes products that are in compliance with Washington Executive Order 20-01 SEEP and are identified as such on the price sheet.
