A Mandatory pre-proposal conference is scheduled for 10:00 AM on May 1st, 2026 at 587 Gazaway Rd., Dalton, GA 30721. Bids will be received until 3:00 p.m. EST, Thursday May 21, 2026, and then opened and read aloud at the administrative office located at 587 Gazaway Rd, Dalton, GA 30721. In order to be considered a qualified proposal, the contractor must be in compliance with the Georgia Security and Immigration Compliance Act and shall submit with their proposal packet, a signed and notarized affidavit verifying its compliance with O.C.G.A. §13-10-91. The ITB, specifications, and contract documents for this Project are open to public inspection at the Authority¿s administrative office located at 587 Gazaway Rd., Dalton, GA 30721.
