All interested parties are strongly encouraged to attend this important walk-thru. Please meet outside the main entrance of the JLB Rail Station located at 525 East Street Rensselaer, NY 12144. Questions regarding this Invitation for Bids are to be submitted IN WRITING to Stacy Sansky, Director of Procurement (sdsansky@cdta.org) NO LATER than 11:00 AM EST on April 23, 2026. It is the intention of CDTA to award a contract based upon bids it receives, but CDTA reserves the right to reject any and all bids. The Authority hereby notifies all potential service providers that disadvantaged, minority and women-owned business enterprises will be afforded full opportunity to submit proposals in response to this notice and there will be no discrimination on the basis of race, creed, color, sex, national origin, disability or marital status in the award of the contract or any subcontract.
