    • Bidders contracting in a corporate capacity must be registered with the Florida Department of State Division of Corporations as a Florida corporation or other Florida recognized and approved legal business entity in good standing and authorized to conduct business in the State of Florida. (required)

      Bidder must provide documentation of registration status or legal justification of statutory exemption. 

    • Bidder must have actively maintained that business license for a minimum of three (3) years preceding the date set for the public opening. (required)

      Bidders must provide evidence of licensing and demonstrate that such license has been actively maintained for the time specified.

    • Bidders (the company or its key personnel) must have prior successful experience performing work on projects of similar scope within the past three (3) years. (required)

      To demonstrate that this minimum qualification has been met, the Bidder must provide Form 3 Reference Form with contact information, including the representative's name, email, and telephone number; the start and end dates of the referenced projects; and their values.

    • Bidder to have three (3) years of experience installing, troubleshooting, and repairing 2-wire irrigation systems. (required)

      To demonstrate that this minimum qualification has been met, the Bidder must provide Form 3 Reference Form with contact information, including the representative's name, email, and telephone number; the start and end dates of the referenced projects; and their values.
