The Request for Qualifications (RFQ) is to prequalify a pool of vendors to provide leadership development and coaching services for classified, certificated, and executive leaders. The qualification term is five (5) years. A Pre-conference regarding statement of qualifications submittal is scheduled Thursday, April 23, 2026 at 10:00 AM . The virtual Pre-conference will be hosted via Teams with options to join in online or over the phone. Instructions are posted on Procureware. Statements of Qualifications will be received prior to 2:00 P.M. on May 4, 2026 on Procureware, the District’s online purchasing portal https://fresnousdpurchasing.procureware.com/home . Qualifications received later than the designated time and date will not be accepted. Facsimile (FAX), mailed or e-mailed copies of submittals will not be accepted. Proposals will not be read out loud as they are based on proposal criteria scoring.
