    The County of Lehigh will receive sealed proposals until 4:00 P.M. Local Time, July 22, 2026, and will publicly open said proposals after 10:00 A.M. Local Time, July 23, 2026, for providing the LEASE OF FURNISHED SPACE FOR CIVIL ARBITRATIONS. A total of approximately 1,700 square feet is needed, which must be located convenient to Center City Allentown for proximity to the Lehigh County Courthouse. Center City Allentown is defined for this purpose as from 4th Street to 15th Street and from the Little Lehigh River north to the City line. A complete set of Specifications may be downloaded for no charge via the County’s website at https://www.lehighcounty.org/purchasing.aspx. The County Executive reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals, retains the discretion to accept another proposal or to negotiate terms, other than price, of any proposal once all have been received and reviewed, as well as the right to waive all informalities in awarding a contract in the best interests of the County of Lehigh.
