    The City of Chicopee is seeking sealed proposals from property owners for the lease of an existing commercial property to serve as a substation for the Chicopee Police Department's C3 Community Policing Unit in the Chicopee Center business district.

    The City is seeking a property that meets the following minimum specifications:
