    Description

    SUNY Upstate Medical University has the need for approximately 28,000 sq. ft. of contiguous medical space to house Upstate University’s Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Department. Location needs to be in zip code 13210 or 13205 encompassing the Hospital/University area and neighborhoods immediately south of Syracuse. Space must be on ground level and include ample parking for both patients and staff. If a parking lot is available with proposed space, lot must be surfaced with stripping and provide ample lighting. Site/surface maintenance, inclusive of snow removal services shall be the responsibility of the landlord. Space must be located on Centro bus route and be accessible 7 days a week, 365 days a year with overnight hours. Space with additional square footage for future expansion will be given preference. Space must be Class A medical space and must be able to meet Public Health Law (PHL) Article 28. Proposal needs to include the cost to bring the space up to Public Health Law (PHL) Article 28 Standards. Initial Lease term would be five (5) years with one (1) optional 5-year renewal. Occupancy desired by summer 2027. All available information is listed above. There are no other additional specifications or documents. This restricted period will be in effect until an award for this product and/or service has been fully executed.
