    The County of Lehigh will receive sealed proposals until 4:00 P.M. Local Time, May 6, 2026, and will publicly open said proposals after 10:00 A.M. Local Time, May 7, 2026, for the LEASE or PURCHASE OF OFFICE SPACE for District Court 31-3-03 (MDJ Trexler). A total of approximately 3,000 – 3,400 square feet is needed, which must be located within Borough of Coopersburg, Townships of Lower Milford, Upper Milford or Upper Saucon, or by special Order of the Pennsylvania Supreme Court, a location meeting the necessary requirements for the office, reasonably adjacent to these areas. A complete set of Specifications may be downloaded for no charge via the County’s website at https://www.lehighcounty.org/purchasing.aspx. The County Executive reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals, retains the discretion to accept another proposal or to negotiate terms, other than price, of any proposal once all have been received and reviewed, as well as the right to waive all informalities in awarding a contract in the best interests of the County of Lehigh.
