Bids from parties not present at the pre-bid conference and site visit will not be accepted. Each Bid must be accompanied by Bid security in the form of a Bid bond (in the required form) or certified check for ten percent of the Bid total. It is a requirement of this Contract that Bidder shall have a minimum of (5) years’ experience and at least (10) completed projects of similar nature to the Work required by this Project.Questions and inquiries should be addressed through PennBid’s “Clarifications” tab. The deadline for all questions and inquiries is 4:00 PM Tuesday, May 5, 2026.The Lehigh County Authority hereby reserves the right, which is understood and agreed to by all Bidders, to reject any or all Bids and to waive any omissions, errors, or irregularities in any Bid.
