Lessee for 2801 Cerrillos Rd

The City of Santa Fe, NM (City) is seeking proposals from qualified parties to occupy the Property and to operate and provide services to the residents of the City, which will be a benefit to the Community. The Property cannot be used for "homeless services". The Initial Term shall be 5 years with an Option Term of 5 years. Offeror shall propose rent based on a fair-market-rent appraisal, which shall be provided at least 10 business days before Proposal is due.

• Lease Agreement (25 pts) —

  Optional Word version in a Redline format with Proposed Specific Alternative Language. Acceptance of the Lease Agreement with no Proposed Specific Alternative Language shall be awarded 25 points.

• Rent Proposal (25 pts) —

  Highest proposed rent will receive highest amount of points.

• Experience (15 pts)

  Higher points awarded to local preference.
