The City of Parkland is seeking a qualified Design-Build firm consisting of licensed, experienced, and qualified professionals to provide all demolition, administration, design, permitting, equipment, materials, and construction services necessary for the replacement of the existing splash pad located at 9200 Ranch Road, Parkland, FL 33067. The project includes demolition and removal of the existing splash pad and construction of a new approximately 2,000 square foot splash pad facility, including associated site improvements, utilities, fencing, drainage, and surfacing. The new splash pad shall feature a “Liberty” themed design inspired by Americana and the Statue of Liberty. The selected Design-Build firm shall be responsible for providing a complete turnkey project including conceptual design, final design, permitting, demolition, construction, inspections, testing, startup, and staff training necessary for a fully operational splash pad facility.
