    ***Must download full Statement of Work in Documents Section***Project Overview: This project consists of localized repair and modification of existing poured-in-place (PIP) safety surfacing, infill of gaps with new PIP, and removal and replacement of artificial turf systems across multiple play areas at the Greenfield Early Learning Center. Work includes crack repair and restoration of existing PIP surfaces, integration of new PIP to eliminate unsafe transitions, subgrade preparation, and installation of new high-durability synthetic turf systems in designated areas.The scope also includes corrective work where artificial turf has been improperly installed, including turf installed over PIP surfacing and turf used as a filler between play elements. All such conditions shall be demolished and replaced with properly installed, code-compliant materials.The intent of this project is to restore the integrity of the existing PIP surfacing, eliminate trip hazards and unsafe transitions, ensure compliance with applicable playground safety standards, and provide durable, properly installed surfacing systems suitable for high-use early childhood environments.The contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, permits, and incidentals necessary to complete the work.
