All such conditions shall be demolished and replaced with properly installed, code-compliant materials.The intent of this project is to restore the integrity of the existing PIP surfacing, eliminate trip hazards and unsafe transitions, ensure compliance with applicable playground safety standards, and provide durable, properly installed surfacing systems suitable for high-use early childhood environments.The contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, permits, and incidentals necessary to complete the work.
