This portion ofthe project is bounded by the following streets: Evans Rd, Apple Creek Ct, Coalinga Ct,Moondance Way, Sugarfoot Ct, Blackbird Dr, Woodstock Pl, and Oakbridge Dr.BID SUBMITAL REQUIREMENTSBids must be submitted electronically via the City of Menifee’s PlanetBids bidding portal at:https://www.planetbids.com/portal/portal.cfm?CompanyID=41576 no later than 2:00 p.m., onTuesday, February 24 2026. Electronic Bid submittal must include all corresponding attachments,including but not limited to, bid bond, subcontractor list, etc.A hard copy of the entire bid package including all original notarized documents must be receivedwithin 24 hours of the submittal deadline to be consider responsive to this NIB. If using FederalExpress or other such service for bid submittal, the contents of the submittal must be noted onthe outside of that envelope as stated above.
