The components include Leadership Commitment and Goal Setting, Planning Structure, Safety Analysis, Engagement and Collaboration, Policy and Process Changes, Strategy and Project Selections, and Progress & Transparency.• Updating and building off previously approved LRSP so it can be CSAP compliant• Analysis of existing conditions and historical crash trends for a 5-year (2019- 2024) period shall be examined.• Analysis of systemic and specific safety needs.• Public Engagement, with emphasis on vulnerable roadway users. The City is currently undertaking a General Plan update where Public Engagement is occurring.
