That work shall include at a minimum: provide all necessary submittals,; furnish all necessary items and construct GCCS infrastructure and other improvements; provide traffic control; protect in place existing facilities to remain; clean-up and related work as required; furnishing all materials, labor, tools, and equipment needed to complete the work in accordance with the contract documents, including but not limited to the Plans, these Special Provisions, referenced standards and specifications, the Standard Plans (2021 edition) and Specifications For Public Works Construction (“Greenbook”) 2024 edition, and the City Standard Requirements.CONSTRUCTION SCHEDULE: The City anticipates awarding the contract on July 7, 2026; executing the contract between July 10 and 24, 2026; holding the pre-construction meeting between July 27 and 31, 2026; and issuing Notice to Proceed on August 10, 2026.
