The State of Wisconsin (State) as represented by the Department of Administration (DOA), Consolidated Agency Purchasing Services (CAPS), on behalf of the Wisconsin Department of Revenue (DOR), Lottery Division, is seeking Proposals for an experienced Contractor who will provide security and computer security audit services. The Wisconsin Lottery has been in existence since 1988. Sales for the most recent fiscal year were in excess of $900 million. The Lottery currently offers approximately twenty-eight (28) scratch ticket games and ten (10) pull tab ticket games at any given time. The Lottery continually changes its product mix by offering approximately eighty-two (82) new scratch games per year. Also, the Lottery offers nine (9) Lotto games. The Lottery headquarters and validation center is located in Madison, WI. In addition to Lottery headquarters, the Lottery also has a Redemption center located at the State office building in downtown Milwaukee. This office is able to validate Lottery tickets $600 - $199,000. Anything $200,000 or more must be claimed in Madison. IGT is the current Central Gaming System (CGS) vendor. IGT's Wisconsin office/warehouse located in Madison WI. The Lottery headquarters, a Lottery security office located in IGT's facility, and the Redemption centers all have PC’s that are able to communicate with the IGT host gaming system via network connections. The CGS was installed in May 2017. At this time, all instant and pull-tab lottery tickets are warehoused and delivered by IGT under contract with the Lottery. The State makes no express or implied warranties that any particular quantity or dollar amount of services will be procured. The State reserves the right to cancel this Request for Proposals (RFP) for any reason prior to the issuance of a notice of intent to award.
