Submission of a question does not guarantee that such question will be answered.Plans and specifications are available online at no charge via PennBID. (https://pennbid.bonfirehub.com).All proposals (bids) are to be accompanied by a bid bond or certified check in the amount of 10% of the total bid. The Township reserves the right to waive any minor informalities, irregularities or defects in the bid, or to reject any or all of the bids. The successful Bidder must comply with Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act.All bidders are required to establish proof of competency and responsibility, in accordance with 67 PA Code Chapter 457, Regulations Governing Pre-qualification of Prospective Bidders and PennDOT Form 408/2020, as supplemented and amended, Section 102. Subcontractors must pre-qualify in the same manner, if listed in the proposal or if they subsequently undertake the partial or total construction of one or more items of Work.
