    TOWNSHIP OF LOWER MERIONADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDSNotice is provided by the Township Secretary that proposals will be received by the Township of Lower Merion for the following:Concrete Curb, Sidewalks and Ramp Installation Contract Number: 26-17-4211Sealed proposals shall be submitted online via the PennBid Bonfire Program (https://pennbid.bonfirehub.com).Proposals will be received until 11:00 A.M., prevailing time, Thursday, May 21, 2026, at which time they will be publicly opened and read aloud.Each Proposal shall be accompanied by a Bid Guaranty as specified in the Instructions to Bidders section (Exhibit “C”) of the Bid Document.A Performance Bond and Labor and Materials Bond in the amount of 100% are required. Also, a Maintenance Bond in the amount of 25% is required.Specifications may be obtained electronically, at no cost, on the PennBid Bonfire website.Questions regarding the project scope shall be submitted via the “Questions” feature in PennBid.
