Also, a Maintenance Bond in the amount of 25% is required.Bidders may obtain electronic copies of drawings and specifications of this project, at no cost, on the PennBid website noted above.A non-mandatory Pre-Bid Conference will be held at Ardmore Pump Station at 51 E County Line Road, Ardmore, Pennsylvania 19003 on Thursday, April 23, 2026 at 2 pm, for all interested Bidders.Scope of Work The project is for the replacement of the indoor generator with an outdoor generator. The work includes, but is not limited to, selective demolition; furnish and install replacement generator with appurtenances; concrete pad and fence modifications; and site and building restoration.Award is planned for June 17, 2026 with Construction Notice to Proceed planned for July 2026 pending contract execution. Start of onsite construction activities is dependent on delivery of the long lead time equipment.Detailed specifications developed by Pennoni Associates, Inc. Questions regarding the project scope shall be submitted via the “Messages” feature in PennBid. The last day for receipt of written questions is end of business day of Friday, May 8, 2026.ATTENTION IS CALLED TO THE FACT THAT NOT LESS THAN THE MINIMUM SALARIES AND WAGES AS SET FORTH IN THE CONTRACT DOCUMENTS MUST BE PAID ON THIS PROJECT, AND THAT THE CONTRACTOR MUST ENSURE THAT EMPLOYEES AND APPLICANTS FOR THE EMPLOYMENT ARE NOT DISCRIMINATED AGAINST BECAUSE OF THEIR, RACE, COLOR, RELIGIOUS CREED, ANCESTRY, AGE, SEX, NATIONAL ORIGIN, PHYSICAL OR MENTAL DISABILITY, OR BECAUSE OF A PERSON'S SEXUAL ORIENTATION, GENDER IDENTITY OR GENDER EXPRESSION.The Board of Commissioners reserves the right to reject any or all bids or parts thereof or to waive any informality or irregularity as deemed to the best interest of the Township.Adam M.
