Award is planned for May 20, 2026. The Construction Notice to Proceed is planned for July 2026 (pending contract execution) with start of onsite construction activities for early September 2026 after the park summer programs have concluded. A separate contract will be awarded for the playground equipment.Detailed specifications developed by Pennoni Associates, Inc. Questions regarding the project scope shall be submitted via the “Messages” feature in PennBid.
