    Description

The City is seeking qualified individuals or entities to develop, construct, and manage the offered Concession (Casual Dining Restaurant with Bar and a Common Seating Area) for use by Airport passengers as further described in this RFP. The opportunity is located in the Great Hall on Mod 3 Level 5 East, Pre-Security, and is being constructed as part of DEN’s Great Hall Completion Phase. This location is approximately 8,555 square feet with a term of 12 years. The opportunity is intended for the development of a casual dining restaurant with a full-service bar concept with a National, Regional, or Local brand capable of serving a high volume of passengers while helping to establish a strong sense of place within the terminal. The casual dining restaurant should provide a welcoming, sit-down dining experience with full table service and a strong emphasis on food quality, atmosphere, and guest comfort. Take-out service may be offered, but the concept should prioritize the in-restaurant experience. The casual dining restaurant will offer full-service menus for breakfast, lunch, and dinner in alignment with the brand concept.
