    Description

    Pre-proposal meeting 6/17/26 at 1pm via Microsoft Teams. Please return, “Pre-Proposal Conference Response Form” by June 15, at 4:00:00 PM local time to Gayle Mealy via e-mail at gmealy2@bwiairport.com advising whether your firm plans to attend the Pre-Proposal Conference. Consultant Services Required: The Consultant shall provide CMI Services for new and ongoing construction projects on an on‑call and on‑site basis. The Consultant shall have the ability and manpower to respond to and act immediately on project assignments without sacrifice and disruption to other MAA project assignments being completed by the Consultant. The Consultant shall establish a local office, either on‑site or within close proximity to BWI or MTN Airport, at MAA’s request. This is a CSB Procurement for which award will be limited to certified small business vendors. Only businesses that meet the statutory requirements set forth in State Finance and Procurement Article, §§14-501-14-505, Annotated Code of Maryland, and that are certified by the Department of Social and Economic Mobility’s (DoSEM) Office of Small, Minority & Women Business Affairs (OSBA) Small Business Reserve Program are eligible for award of a contract. Before awarding a contract under a procurement designated as a small business reserve procurement, the Procurement Officer shall verify that the apparent awardee is certified by the OSBA as a certified small business through eMMA. However, if small businesses do not show interest in this solicitation, the Procurement Officer has the right to remove the SBR designation via an Amendment on eMMA.
