    The County of Macomb is extending this invitation to all vendors who would like to provide a written proposal for a complete turnkey software as a solution (SaaS) solution that is ready for immediate use, as intended, upon installation / Go-Live production date. The terms and conditions of this Request for Proposal (RFP) require the vendor to provide all products and services necessary to support the successful installation, integration, and operation of the solution. The solution shall include, but shall not be limited to, design, configuration, installation, acceptance testing, training, documentation, support, and maintenance of the solution. Vendor’s response to this RFP is an acknowledgement that the bid includes all labor, material, services, and shift work necessary to provide a complete, functional, and operational turnkey solution for the end user that will be fully operational as intended at Go-Live. This RFP defines the scope of products and services desired, solution functionality requirements, technology foundation and vendor qualification requirements.
