    The City of Fresno (City) Public Works Department is issuing this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) for Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) from qualified consulting firms to provide professional planning and engineering services for the development of a citywide Mobility Design Guide document. Funding for this project is through State of California Sustainable Communities Grant, restricted grant funds.
