When requesting a bid solicitation package, please provide fullbusiness entity name, address, contact telephone number, and the business entity’s federal employer identification number (FEIN). Bids received from unregistered Contractors shall be deemed Non-responsive. Additionally, no Subcontractor may commence work on a public work project unless they are registered with the NYS Department of Labor.
