    Description

    The United Nations Development Corporation (UNDC), a public benefit corporation of the State of New York, is seeking a qualified contractor to inspect, maintain, and operate the Building Maintenance Units (BMUs) at One and Two United Nations Plaza. The services must be performed in accordance with New York City Department of Buildings (DOB) regulations, OSHA regulations, and existing New York State Department of Labor (NYSDOL) Special Approvals. Specifications will be provided by UNDC’s facade access consultant. One and Two UN Plaza are Class A, mixed-use, high-rise commercial office buildings located in east midtown Manhattan. The UNDC properties are managed by Cushman & Wakefield. The contractor will perform the services under separate contracts for One and Two UN Plaza. The minimum required qualifications are as follows: A minimum of ten (10) years of demonstrated experience in this field Authorized to do business in New York State Liability insurance of $5,000,000 A resume of current assignments at comparable buildings in New York City NYS-licensed Professional Engineer Interested companies must provide evidence of their qualifications and relevant experience including a minimum of five (5) references with contact information.
