The City of Palm Beach Gardens, FL, is soliciting sealed responses for Maintenance of Fire Sprinkler Systems. The City requires a qualified contractor to provide comprehensive inspection, testing, maintenance, and repair services for fire sprinkler systems installed at various City-owned               facilities. These services are necessary to ensure compliance with applicable fire safety codes,        including standards established by the National Fire Protection Association (NFPA 25 – Standard         for the Inspection, Testing, and Maintenance of Water-Based Fire Protection Systems).

Background

The previous contract, ITB2021-128CS, expired on March 31, 2026, after a five-year term with no renewal options. Services under that contract included routine inspections, preventative  maintenance, emergency repairs, and reporting/documentation required for regulatory     compliance. There are no performance issues with the current contractor, who will continuing performing the services until a new contract is awarded.
