The contract period will be from the Date of Fully Executed Resulting Agreement through June 30, 2029, with up to two (2) one-year renewal periods or any portion thereof. MoDOT will receive proposals electronically through MissouriBUYS, by mail through USPS, UPS, or FEDEX. If an Offeror intends to submit a hard copy proposal, the buyer of record, Logan Wilbers, must be notified five (5) days before the solicitation closing date via email at logan.wilbers@modot.mo.gov. MoDOT will not accept bid responses by email.
