    The City is soliciting proposals from qualified Information Technology (“IT”) service providers to deliver comprehensive managed IT services, including Backup and Disaster Recovery, cybersecurity, and cloud support. The selected Consultant will function as the City’s strategic technology partner, providing Help Desk services; network and systems administration; Backup and Disaster Recovery operations; cloud and Microsoft 365 management; AI support; and secure telecommuting capabilities.
