    Sealed proposals will be received online for the 2026 Street Maintenance and Materials via the PennBid Program (https://pennbid.bonfirehub.com), by the Manchester Township Board of Supervisors, York County, Pennsylvania until 10:00 AM (Prevailing Time) Thursday, April 2, 2026 for the following:MS-944: Contract No. 1 – Mill and remove approximately 9,130 sq. yds. bituminous material; Provide and place 8,968 sq. yds. of paving fabric; Place approximately 1,432 tons of various bituminous concrete material throughout the Township. Construct 12 ADA curb ramps and 185 L.F. of rolled concrete curb.MS-963:Contract No. 2 – Provide approximately 3,400 tons of various sizes of crushed aggregate Contract No. 3 – Provide approximately 2,245 tons of various bituminous Superpave materialsAll materials shall conform to current PennDOT specifications.MS-970:Contract No. 4 – Provide approximately 32 hours of various sizes equipment rentalThe bids will be publicly opened and read electronically, via PennBid’s website, at 10:00 AM (prevailing time), same date. Bid results will be available at the end of business day, same date.A Bid Bond is not required.
