    Description

    The Canaveral Port Authority seeks Engineering firms interested in providing Conceptual Layout, Planning, professional Marina (Waterside and Landside) Engineering Design, Permitting, Bidding Support, and Construction Administration Services for the comprehensive redevelopment of a new marina in Port Canaveral’s Marina District. The marina development will be designed to be constructed in phases to support and accommodate ongoing active marina operations at the current facility. Prior experience with expanding and/or redeveloping an existing active marina should be highlighted in the RFQ response. Detailed scope discussions and Marine Project Design Guidelines will be shared with the successful proposer during development of the future scope and fee proposal. Proposers are encouraged to focus on representing their firm’s and subconsultant’s experience in marina design and development in similar environments.
