    PROJECT DESCRIPTION:NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sealed Bids shall be received from qualified Bidders via PennBid or in person for the “Marion Heights Stormwater Improvements – Brunswick Street” project, and all appurtenant Work, in strict accordance with the Contract Documents on file at the office of the Project Engineer, Peters Consultants, Inc., 2701 Columbia Boulevard, Bloomsburg, PA 17815.DATE OF OPENING BIDS: Bids shall be received by Marion Heights Borough online via the PennBid Program or hardcopies can be submitted to the office of the Engineer, 2701 Columbia Boulevard, Bloomsburg, PA 17815 until 11:00 A.M local time on February 3, 2026, at which time they will be opened and read aloud. Thereafter, Bid results will be available online at: https://pennbid.bonfirehub.com/projects.LOCATION OF THE WORK: The area of work is located along Brunswick Street in between E. Melrose Street and E. Warsaw Street in Marion Heights Borough, Northumberland County, PA.DESCRIPTION OF THE WORK: The Work comprises the installation of stormwater inlets, stormwater piping, connection to existing stormwater system, milling, paving, ADA ramps miscellaneous construction, workmanship and all appurtenances for a complete job. Contractor is responsible for coordination with the Engineer, SEDA-COG and Marion Heights Borough in order to complete the work. Work is to be completed in accordance with these Contract Documents and the plans. Work must be completed by June, 2026.There will not be a pre-bid visit on site.
