      Proposal demonstrates that the Respondent currently has the ability to process materials at the time the contract is negotiated, or, if it has no present ability, Respondent must provide a timetable for meeting processing commitments.

      Proposed MRF has the capacity to accept the City's recyclables, and the MRF's hours of operation match the City's needs.

      Method for determining if material is contaminated seems reasonable and should meet the City's needs.

      Sample reports are easy to read and provide the detail required in this Scope of Work.

      Proposal demonstrates Respondent’s capability to maintain a successful relationship with a municipality such as the City of University Park. Reference feedback indicates strong customer service, good communication and very few change orders post contract. Any previous experience with the City of University Park may be considered here.
