1. Demonstrate experience in the design, permitting, and construction of
wastewater treatment facilities of similar size and complexity, or greater. Provide
a minimum of two and maximum of five similar project descriptions with client
references for each that have been completed within the last 20 years. Provide
engineering fees, final construction costs, and total dollar value of change orders
for the complete project. Also indicate the original contract scheduled date of
completion and the actual final certification of completion date.
2. Experience with federal and/or state grant funded water and/or wastewater
infrastructure projects
3. Registered Florida professional engineers, surveyors and other technical staff
experienced in design, permitting, and construction services.
Provide a statement demonstrating an understanding of the services required by the Scope of
Services. State how the firm will approach the project and the methodology to be used to perform
the services in a timely manner and within budget. Describe approaches to maintain plant
operation, keep the community informed and minimize the impacts to quality of life in the project
area.
Provide a brief analysis describing the team’s staffing availability to render services under this
agreement. Provide descriptions of recent work EOR (or individuals on the team) has performed
for Utilities in Central Florida to demonstrate successful and timely completion of the work.
Regional firms whose physical address is located within the Counties of Brevard, Lake, Orange, Osceola, Seminole, and Volusia will receive five (5) points. Firms located within the state of Florida will receive 2 points.
