The contractor will provide all labor, materials, supplies, services, permits, equipment, devices, and any and all other items necessary for, or incidental to the purchase, delivery, assembly, and training for the pump filled station. Maryland Correctional Institution – Hagerstown (MCIH) Central Kitchen is a bulk food preparation operation that supports eight distinct correctional institutions across the Western and Central Maryland regions. A part of MCIH Central Kitchen production involves a cook/chill process, which requires a food-safe method to transfer cooked food from a large vessel into individual two-gallon bags for temperature control and distribution. This procurement aims to acquire a Pump Station to facilitate this transfer
