The work includes but is not limited to all labor, materials, tools, oversight, permits, and equipment, required to remove and replace the sanitary sewer line through the kitchen.All bidding documents will be available online at no cost via the PennBid Program (http://pennbid/bonfirehub.com) beginning at 2:00 on Thursday, February 19, 2026.Bids must be accompanied by a bid bond with a corporate surety authorized to do business in Pennsylvania, in accordance with the project specifications in the amount of 10% of the total bid amount. A Performance Bond in the amount of 100% of the contract shall be furnished by the successful bidder as detailed in the Instructions to Bidders. Prevailing Wage Rates shall apply.Immediately following the due date and time, all bids received through PennBid will be opened online at the Engineer’s Office and referred to the Project Owner for final award. An abstract of the bids received will be available to bidders on PennBid following the date and time that bids are due as indicated above.A pre-bid meeting will be held at 3:00 p.m. on Wednesday, March 4, 2026, at the project site (200 South Broad Street, Mechanicsburg, PA 17055). All bidders are encouraged to attend. Questions may be submitted through PennBid’s “Messages/Vendor Discussions” on or before 3:00 p.m. on Tuesday, March 10, 2025.
