    The purpose of this iRFP is to obtain consulting services to advance community violence reduction efforts by leveraging healthcare coverage and access as a critical prevention strategy amid ongoing Medicaid eligibility changes. These services are intended to address the intersection of health disparities and violence by ensuring that vulnerable populations maintain or regain access to essential healthcare services, behavioral health support, and preventive care.

Responses should demonstrate the organization’s ability to deliver the work effectively, including staffing, partnerships, operational capacity, and any systems used to coordinate services, track progress, and report outcomes. Provide the hourly rates of each of your team members.
