The Bidder shall identify and report disruptions affecting WAN and Internet circuits directly to the applicable service providers, shall monitor internet connectivity, and shall initiate and manage all communications with the Internet Service Provider (ISP) during outages; including opening tickets, escalating issues, and providing status updates to Metroparks Toledo until full service restoration is confirmed.
