This includes, but is not limited to, Microsoft 365/Office 365 licenses, Windows Server licensing, SQL Server licensing, Volume Licensing Agreements, and additional Microsoft products such as Visio and Visual Studio. The vendor shall ensure that all licensing remains current, compliant, and properly allocated throughout the duration of the contract to support secure and uninterrupted access for authorized Riverbay users. Services shall include license management, subscription tracking, renewal coordination, technical support assistance, and recommendations for optimizing licensing usage and cost efficiency. Vendors responding to this solicitation must demonstrate: Proven experience managing Microsoft licensing environments of similar size and complexity; Knowledge of Microsoft Volume Licensing and subscription programs; Ability to provide ongoing licensing administration and renewal management; Technical support capabilities related to Microsoft licensing and activation issues; Experience ensuring compliance with Microsoft licensing requirements and audit readiness; Capability to respond promptly to licensing changes, additions, reductions, or upgrades as requested by Riverbay.
