    Description

    The New York State Bridge Authority (NYSBA) is soliciting bids for the "Network Computer Room Conditioning Unit and Heat Pump Air Handling Units Replacement" Project at its Operations Building on the Mid-Hudson Bridge campus in Highland, New York. The existing Liebert computer room ceiling conditioning unit is to be removed and replaced with a new comparable unit. The existing four (4) air handling units are to be replaced with new units that function as heat pumps. The successful Contractor shall be responsible for all work necessary to provide a fully functional system in the Operations Building Network Computer Room and HVAC system throughout the building. Bid documents will only be available electronically and should be requested by sending your "Request for Proposal" email to Teresa Ceragioli, Assistant to the Chief Engineer, at tceragioli@nysba.ny.gov. This Expression of Interest should include your Company's full contact information. Prospective bidders will then receive an email response including a hyperlink to download the bid package. The apparent low Bidder shall present evidence of experience and financial stability. The Bidder shall comply with the terms of the Notice to Bidders, including Equal Employment Opportunity, M/WBE and SDVOB goals.
