Recipients will be authentically engaged to educate and mobilize around the tobacco issues affecting their community, creating a demand for policy change. Total Funds Available: $35,000 to be allocated up to 3 recipients Eligibility: Open to Community-Based Organizations serving Cortland, Tompkins and/or Chenango Counties Timeframe: Activities must take place between October 1, 2026 and April 30, 2027 (with opportunity for additional funding after April 30, 2027) Business enterprises awarded an identical or substantially similar procurement contract within the past five years: Access to Independence, Cortland County
