    Purpose: The purpose of this Invitation for Bids is to establish an Agency Specific Term Contract to furnish and deliver Mint Green Poplin for Tabor City Sewing Plant on an “As Needed” basis, if and when ordered by North Carolina Department of Adult Correction (NCDAC) during the contract period. The State does not guarantee a minimum or maximum amount for this contract. Current Sample Request- There will be samples available for Mint Green Poplin. Just send a pre-paid shipping label to lorraine.middleton@dac.nc.gov and the sample will be mailed to you.Background: The North Carolina Department of Adult Correction operates and maintains a Correction Enterprises Sewing Plant. The fabric is for processing NCCE Products/Services to meet customer requirements.The intent of this solicitation is to award an Agency Specific Contract.
