Bidders who do not attend the pre-bid meeting will not be permitted to submit a Bid. A Bid submitted by a Bidder who did not attend the mandatory pre-bid meeting will not be eligible for award. Only prequalified Bidders may attend.PLEASE NOTE - SPECIFICATIONS WILL BE UPLOADED TO BONFIRE ON AUGUST 11, 2026.
