    You are invited to submit an electronic bid for the following: Furnish all labor and materials for the new makeup air unit installation at Bryant High School, in accordance with specifications and drawings available for download from the Bonfire website. A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held April 7, 2026*, at 10:00 a.m. at Bryant High School, 2709 Popkins Lane #42, Alexandria, VA 22306. Contractors shall meet in the Lobby of the buildings front entrance to sign the meeting roster. NO ONE WILL BE ADMITTED AFTER 10:05 A.M. Bidders who do not attend the pre-bid meeting will not be permitted to submit a Bid. A Bid submitted by a Bidder who did not attend the mandatory pre-bid meeting will not be eligible for award.See Invitation for Bid letter, Specifications and Drawings attached in the Files section in Bonfire for additional information.
