A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held April 10, 2026*, at 10:30 a.m. at Robinson Secondary School, 5035 Sideburn Road, Fairfax, Virginia 22032. Contractors shall meet in the Lobby of the building’s front entrance to sign the meeting roster. NO ONE WILL BE ADMITTED AFTER 10:35 A.M. Bidders who do not attend the pre-bid meeting will not be permitted to submit a Bid. A Bid submitted by a Bidder who did not attend the mandatory pre-bid meeting will not be eligible for award.See Invitation for Bid letter and Specifications attached in the Files section in Bonfire for additional information.
