NYSIF intends to procure NOWSECURE MOBILE APPLICATION SECURITY TESTING, pursuant to its discretionary purchasing authority under State Finance Law §163(6). Failure to include this information in your proposal may result in the proposal being deemed non-responsive. Proposals from responsible bidders are due 7/20/2026 by 2:00 p.m. EST. The calendar of events is detailed in the RFQ.
