The selected contractor shall furnish all mobile testing equipment, materials, labor, supervision, and qualified personnel necessary to perform the required services. Vendors must provide unit pricing for each testing category and coordinate all on-site service scheduling with the City of Granbury. All work shall be performed in a professional, safe, and orderly manner. Subcontracting of services will not be permitted without prior written approval from the City. The contractor shall also be responsible for any damages resulting from equipment failure, negligence, or errors associated with the performance of the work.
Vendors must provide a current Certificate of Insurance demonstrating existing coverage in accordance with the RFQ requirements. If the required insurance limits are not currently maintained, the vendor must submit a letter stating that the required coverage can and will be obtained prior to contract award.

The contract shall be executed by the successful bidder and shall be returned, together with the Payment Bond, Performance Bond and Certificate(s) of Insurance to City of Granbury so that it is received within 14 working daysafter the bidder has received the contract for execution.
