Pursuant to Chapter 120.57(3), Florida Statutes, the posting of this Notice of Intended Award will commence on Thursday, May 28, 2026 at 4:30 P.M. and continue for 72 hours, excluding weekends and holidays, until Tuesday, June 2, 2026, at 4:30 P.M.
Failure to file a protest within the time prescribed in section 120.057(3), Florida Statutes, or failure to file a bond or other security within the time allowed for filing a bond, shall constitute a waiver of proceedings under Chapter 120, Florida Statutes.
